I believe that this is McIntosh's Pharmacy on Middle Street in Kingstown; or at least resembles it. McIntosh was tried in conjunction with the labor unrest in the 1930s and was an anti-colonial politician as well as a pharmacist. Places like this are not commpnly preserved in St. Vincent because there is a regrettable lack of interest in local history.
